Sales Advisor (Education Sector)
An amazing opportunity for star salespeople. Experience in service industry is a must (e.g. in insurance, banking, education, Edtech etc)
- Basic Salary: QR 2,000
- Settling down allowance: QR 1,000 (for the first 3 months).
- Postpaid phone connection with unlimited calls and SMS.
- Commission: 10%
- Additional monthly performance-based bonus between QR 1,000 to QR 3,000.
An average salesperson makes between 5,000 QR to 8,000 QR. Top salespeople make between 15,000 QR to 20,000 QR.
- Changes will be made to the salary package after the performance appraisal.
- Leaves: 21 days of annual paid leaves, 3 days off on each Eid, 1 day off for the national day, and sick leaves based on the medical report.
- Travel: Round ticket every 2 years or half ticket every year.
Contract duration: 4 years. Maybe extended after that after mutual consensus between the two parties.
You need to make a minimum of 100 picked calls as a part of the work.
MAles with experience in service sales (e.g. insurance, banking, education, etc) are preferred.
