Required Experience Sales experience in backend and front end POS Sale software within the Retail, Restaurant & Hotel verticals in addition to an equivalent combination of formal education and experience. Experience in CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus. Product knowledge in Point of Sale Hardware Equipment, Peripherals, and consumables Sales experience (target driven sales experience desirable) Sales experience in showroom with prior experience in a customer-facing position Ability to work within flexible schedules and locations Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. Experience in newsletter mailing software such as MailChimp is a plus. Experience in Digital Marketing. Experience in social media communication such as LinkedIn and Facebook is an essential Responsibilities Provide a professional customer experience. Utilize a proven sales process to discover each customer’s requirements and direct them to the best fit line of products Build relationships with customers. Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, promotional information and provide timely response and relevant follow-up. Demonstrate a tenacious drive for result, attend to retail showroom visitors in a professional and timely manner Generate a wide reach of customers through business scouting, cold calls, online research, and business development Maintain a record of customer information through the Customer Relation Management Software Answer customer inquiries about product specifications, pricing, and payment methods Maintain a high level of product knowledge Undertake additional related responsibilities as required. Promote the sales of products by spotting and seizing sales opportunities, offering alternatives solutions to problems, and suggesting add-on sales in order to achieve the established sales target. Be an expert on the product range. Skills & Abilities Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends Confident telephone manner Demonstrate attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Proven ability to motivate and persuade Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus. Professional in appearance and attitude Ability to present technical product knowledge Self-motivated Results-oriented For candidates with existing Labor contracts in Qatar and are looking to transfer to our sponsorship, an NOC is required for the transfer of the Residence Permit Job Availability: Immediate Driving License is essential
