Job Description

Execute the administrative tasks including PRs, business trips, meeting preparation, etc… as requested to ensure smooth operations and the best services have been provided.

Accountabilities

  • Help with CEO and CEO Executive Assistant daily time management
  • Run errands as requested by the CEO
  • Placing orders for stationery, office equipment, etc.
  • Arrange the logistics (internal and external venues and schedules) for meetings for the CEO, ETM, and BOD
  • Raise the Purchase Requests for invoices of CEO, ETM, and BOD members and arrange with NMC accountant colleagues & CP to finalize the payment process.
  • Following and coordinating the communication with the governmental authorities and consulates if requested to provide timely services to the CEO office and MD.
  • Plan all market visits, accommodation, and ground transportation for all remote areas.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
  • Indoors : 50%
  • Outdoors : 50%
  • Working Days : 5 Working Days
  • Days off : 2 Days Off
  • Working Hours : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Requirement

Education
  • High School or Diploma

Experience
  • From 6 – 8 Years of Experience

Computer Skills
  • MS Office Suite

Languages
  • English
  • Arabic
