The Gulf Research Center is looking to hire a Secretary with exceptional administrative and clerical skills. Secretaries are expected to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Professionally greet and receive guests and clients
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
- Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans
- Prepare meeting and training rooms
- Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages, and other correspondence
- Schedule appointments
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Follow up with the center’s affairs
- Daily record keeping and filing of documents
- Proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Prior experience as a secretary or related field
- Candidate must be in Riyadh
- Great organizational skills along with being detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software
- Multilingual
