The Gulf Research Center is looking to hire a Secretary with exceptional administrative and clerical skills. Secretaries are expected to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


  • Professionally greet and receive guests and clients
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
  • Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans
  • Prepare meeting and training rooms
  • Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages, and other correspondence
  • Schedule appointments
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Follow up with the center’s affairs
  • Daily record keeping and filing of documents
  • Proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a secretary or related field
  • Candidate must be in Riyadh
  • Great organizational skills along with being detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software
  • Multilingual
