Role Purpose


The Relationship Manager serves as a pivotal conduit between Sindalah's Property Management Team and its esteemed luxury F&B, retail tenants, and hotel operators. This role champions the nurturing of robust, positive relations, aligning with Sindalah's ultra-luxury standards, and contributing to the broader visions of NEOM.


Key Accountabilities & Activities


Key Responsibilities


  • Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with luxury F&B, retail tenants, and hotel operators to ensure a harmonious operational environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and operators, addressing concerns, queries, and ensuring satisfaction with Sindalah's services.
  • Coordinate with various departments within the Property Management Team to ensure that tenant and operator needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations, ensuring that relationship management initiatives meet and exceed these expectations.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of relationship management processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the Property Management Team.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards in relationship management processes.

  • Successful establishment and management of positive relationships with luxury F&B, retail tenants, and hotel operators that uphold Sindalah's ultra-luxury standards.
  • Effective coordination and communication that contributes to tenant and operator satisfaction.
  • Positive engagement and feedback from stakeholders regarding relationship management initiatives.


Background, Skills & Qualifications


Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • Proven experience in managing relationships within a luxury or ultra-luxury environment, preferably with F&B, retail, and hotel sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Experience in leveraging technology to enhance relationship management processes.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in relationship management or a related field are preferred.
