The Relationship Manager serves as a pivotal conduit between Sindalah's Property Management Team and its esteemed luxury F&B, retail tenants, and hotel operators. This role champions the nurturing of robust, positive relations, aligning with Sindalah's ultra-luxury standards, and contributing to the broader visions of NEOM.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with luxury F&B, retail tenants, and hotel operators to ensure a harmonious operational environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and operators, addressing concerns, queries, and ensuring satisfaction with Sindalah's services.
- Coordinate with various departments within the Property Management Team to ensure that tenant and operator needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations, ensuring that relationship management initiatives meet and exceed these expectations.
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of relationship management processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the Property Management Team.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards in relationship management processes.

- Successful establishment and management of positive relationships with luxury F&B, retail tenants, and hotel operators that uphold Sindalah's ultra-luxury standards.
- Effective coordination and communication that contributes to tenant and operator satisfaction.
- Positive engagement and feedback from stakeholders regarding relationship management initiatives.
Background, Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in managing relationships within a luxury or ultra-luxury environment, preferably with F&B, retail, and hotel sectors.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Experience in leveraging technology to enhance relationship management processes.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in relationship management or a related field are preferred.
