Job Description:

We are looking for a HR Officer to join our talented team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all government portals such Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI..etc
  • Ensure HR polices and procedures are followed
  • Handle medical coverage
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Ensure that all HR records and database are documented and filed
  • Handle all employees ticketing including annual vacation, emergency, & business.
  • Handle employees' documents i.e iqama renewal, exit/re-entry, passport,
  • Analyze any incidents in a separate report in order to find the root cause of it & prepare the necessary action to prevent it from happening again
  • Prepare and apply orientation program for all new hired employees
  • Update manpower data in order to facilitate right information to management
  • Deal with government and private recruitment agencies i.e. (HRDF, TAMHEER)
  • Close any regulatory gap analysis
  • Work on the QMS and GRC System
  • HR polices and procedures
  • Recruitment
  • Promotion & Rewards
  • HR Operations
  • HR development
  • Compliance of the department
  • Ensuring that there is enough resource for the origination to run
  • Secession plans for Department head


  • Education background in Business Administration or HR or similar related.
  • GBA: Preferably not less than 3.5 5 or 2.5 4.
  • Experience: 0 - 1 year or Fresh graduate.
  • Start immediately
