Novo Nordisk Algeria is looking for a Product Manager, to take brand management and promotion to the next level. The position is based at Novo Nordisk Algeria and will be reporting to the Marketing Manager. The position As a Product Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring local marketing strategies and tactics, to achieve both short and long term financial and business objectives of the product(s). You will gather, analyse and report continuous intelligence on the product’s performance, customer insights, potential negative issues and opportunities and you will also be providing regular market updates including competitor analysis, assessment of market trends, forecasts and prescription data. You will be responsible for preparing communication materials and evaluating the success of promotional communication. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with target customers. You act as a brand champion to create enthusiasm and focus internally and externally with customers and agencies and will liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brands. Overall, you will be responsible for identifying and developing a key relationship with key stakeholders and maintaining a mutual beneficial relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs). Qualifications You must have minimum academic degree within medical or business, MBA or MSc in digital marketing is a plus with 3 to 5 years of experience. Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred with English proficiency, both written and spoken. You have a degree or equivalent in Medical, Science, Marketing or Business qualification. Preferably 2-5 years of Novo Nordisk field sales experience. For external candidates, minimum 2 years of product management experience. Incumbent should have a strong proven performance achievement record. High mobility inside the country is required. You should have a strong knowledge of market, product & customer. Strong team building & leadership skill, Strong interpersonal & communication skill. Strong analytical & project management skills.
