Dubizzle Oman, an integral part of the Dubizzle Group is now looking to hire an experienced Head of Sales.

As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of classifieds sales for real estate, automotive and other categories. You will be working with a team of agents to ensure that each one is performing their job effectively and in accordance with company standards and targets. You will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing leadership and guidance to other members of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. You will be required to hit annual targets, build relationships, and understand customer trends.
  • Provide direction and overall execution of the sales plan and objectives
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention by developing strong relationships with sales teams, as well as high-profile customers
  • Establish KPIs for sales team that are regularly tracked, analysed and reported to the senior management
  • Work closely with the Marketing, CS and Operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with customer needs
  • Coordinate the implementation of the annual marketing budget, sales goals and sales initiatives
  • Implement sales training, sales team goal measurement and metrics to maximise sales revenue while achieving increasingly efficient revenue results and profitability
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial and related sales information
  • Provide consistent communication and review of monthly financial sales performance
  • Provide sales analysis, interpretation, and recommendations to the corporate management team that contribute to the long-term sales performance of the company and its development projects
  • Evaluate new development, sales management, and other sales opportunities
  • Identify best practices to improve the sales processes and overall sales efficiency
  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals according to the sales plan. Track these goals by meeting with team members on a regular time.
  • High following up and continuous coaching for team members by helping team members reach their full sales potential, and the ability to support and motivate sales members is essential
  • Develop and implement training programs that teach sales members how to get customers with continuous coaching, build rapport, ensure client trust, and make the sale on a regular basis
  • Responsible for maintaining relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities
  • Prepare the selling strategy of the company to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
  • Analyse trends and results and generate timely sales reports.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Key involvement in implementation of strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Train the sales team to handle any issues that arise, as well as to make sure sales goals are met
  • Plan and implement sales objectives and evaluate sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment
  • Manage priorities and workflow


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant field
  • 10 years previous sales management or active sales is a must
  • Proven Commercial Sales management experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Prior experience in a senior sales management role in an software/tech company preferred
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
  • In depth knowledge of the property and automotive markets in Oman
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  • Familiarity with real estate law and regulations
  • A deep understanding of the market services/products
  • Ability to accurately forecast sales
  • Ability to analyse data to find trends and problems
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong team orientation, communication, creative & analytical skills.
  • Adaptability
  • Highly organised and detail oriented.
  • Ability to listen to and speak with clients, sales members, and other managers is essential for effective real estate sales manager
