The program provides participants with the academic and technical job skills required to ensure that they obtain the skills necessary for them to join Baker Hughes at entry-level AMO Tech or Field Operator positions. You will become familiar with Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E). Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will need: A high school or diploma as a minimum. Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions. Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English.
