Performs all essential parameter regulations which ensure proper product quality and established efficiency standards according to instructions received. Constantly monitors line operation by means of stoppage and breakdown data analysis. Takes up corrective and preventive activities. Immediately informs Group Coordinator about problems with the performance of production process parameters, breakdowns and stoppages. Participates in periodic machine maintenance checks. Initiates repairs during maintenance checks - on the basis of line stoppage cause investigation. Performs periodic machine controls according to instructions. Communicates the necessity to order machine spare parts, makes PRs and collects the parts from Spare Parts Warehouse. Provides Operators with constant training related to machine operation and efficiency in order to achieve as good quality and quantity results as possible. Complies with obligatory instructions and procedures set out in work regulations and ISO procedures. Complies with obligatory EHS regulations. Performs machine maintenance,conservation, keeps it clean and tidy, responsible for his workstation and the surrounding area. Performs quality checks and strives to ensure best quality.
