We are seeking to add an Office Assistant/Data Entry Clerk to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls professionally
- Email and correspondence
- Data entry
- Perform various other misc. office tasks including providing support to office staff as needed
Skills And Requirements
- Must be highly motivated and detail oriented
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Must be able to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
- Must be punctual, dependable, take pride in work and have a good attitude
