Your role
We are looking for a Secretary cum Receptionist with exceptional administrative and clerical skills to join our Sales Team and is expected to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will also be welcoming and interacting with our customers and attend to their needs.
To ensure success, Secretaries and Receptionists should be organized, have superb organizational skills and must be exceptional communicators with a keen interest in providing reliable and accurate support to sales team and management while working with confidential information.
Your profile
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Methodical thinker with detailed research proficiency
Excellent customer service experience
Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems
Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Brilliant written and verbal communication skills, presentable
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software
