For immediate joining basis:
The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. Communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities
Inputting, filing and managing the data that is stored within the organization's office system
Ensuring that all contact from third-party individuals is processed through them
Ensuring that documents, reports and presentations are set up
CRM Handling
Processing emails and letters that are received in correspondence.
Qualifications
Real estate work experience is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of real estate related applications, procedures, guidelines preferred.
Work experience as an Admin Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role in the UAE
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Fluent in English
