Job Description
- Responsible for providing basic first aid to employees when required, assess employee health risks, promote employee health and recommends additional or specialized medical treatment when necessary in hospital.
- Administer over-the-counter medication to employees when necessary.
- Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
- Maintains current knowledge on rules and regulations from MOPH and medical best practices.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting the necessary documents needed for MOPH for our yearly renewal of our Clinic License.
- Responsible for preparing the documents needed for our yearly renewal contract to our Boom Waste Management.
- Maintained a quality, clean and safe company's medical clinic according to the requirements of MOPH.
- Responsible for inventory and purchasing of medical supplies and HR office supplies to our vendor when needed.
- Contact person for COVID19 related cases in Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. In-charge for preparing the masterlist and submitting weekly reports to the Management for COVID19 related cases. You are responsible for contact tracing, monitoring and giving assistance to those employees who have COVID19 and strictly follow employee’s confidentiality.
- Responsible for distributing insurance cards such as Metlife/Aetna/CIGNA to all staff in Qatar.
- Responsible for filing medical documents of each employees and keeping it to their individual file.
- Responsible for monthly inventory and supervision to all First Aid Kits and AED’s.
- Responsible for saving and filing all Leave Forms pertaining to employees medical .
