About the Role & Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Contact Center Agent to join our Contact Center and CRM team in Dubai who will be able to provide Eagle Hills clients with high level customer service in accordance with SLA’s while achieving the MBO’s and KPIs resulting in greater customer satisfaction and adding value to the Contact Center Department.

  • Someone who can provide excellent customer service to achieve customer loyalty
  • Someone who can explain product and product features to clients over the phone
  • Follow the call script in a timely manner, accurate capture of customer/transaction comments
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures
  • Handle all customer calls and transactions
  • Provide on call resolution to all customers
  • Document all call information accordingly to standard operating procedures
  • Be courteous, polite, helpful and professional in customer approach
  • Provide clarification to customers for service request cases follow up
  • Collect customer feedback
