We are looking for an experienced full-time Accountant to join our growing team.
NVRL8 is a tech startup specialized in B2B and B2C physical products and SaaS cloud solutions based (appless QR for FNB and Hospitality and other app projects)
Responsibilities:
Reporting costs, productivity, margins and expenditures for the company
Assist with day-to-day accounting operations.
Processing accounts payable and receivables and income statements
Preparing and issuing invoices, receipts, statements, credit notes, etc.
Compile data and prepare weekly and monthly financial reports as needed.
Monitor the company's payments according to contractual terms.
Perform variance analysis and prepare account reconciliations
Assist with financial and tax audits
Payroll auditing and NSSF Calculations
Cash Flow Management
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
A university degree in accounting or a related field.
Very good command in both English and Arabic.
2-3 years of relevant work experience in an accounting position.
Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial standards and the Lebanese accounting law
Knowledge of accounting software (Wizards is preferred)
Knowledge of F&B industry is a plus
Data entry accuracy
Advanced computer skills (Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite)
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
