Strategic Partnerships & Customer Acquisition:
Establish and maintain productive relationships with key strategic affiliates, partners, and media to drive customer acquisition in Morocco.
Secure and manage strategic deals with airlines and non-air suppliers, cultivating long-term partnerships.
Increase brand visibility, customer retention, and market share through targeted sales and marketing strategies.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in Morocco.
Manage P&L, budgets, costs, and revenue streams for the region.
Collaborate with the CBDO to develop commercial and revenue models that enhance profitability while balancing revenue and cost per transaction.
Brand Positioning & Market Expansion:
Strategically position the Travelwings.com brand by increasing consumer awareness and expanding the customer base.
Drive new customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Execute strategic plans to achieve organizational milestones and long-term vision.
Operational & Financial Management:
Ensure all legal, financial, and operational obligations are met, taking necessary actions to support the company’s profitable growth.
Oversee supplier management, including monitoring targets, PLB, incentives, and revenue streams.
Identify and implement technology-driven tools to enhance operations and maintain a competitive market position.
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Supervise and motivate staff, promoting independence and prioritization of responsibilities.
Support ongoing process improvements while balancing cost and service metrics to maintain a competitive advantage.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in e-commerce, at a senior management level with significant business scale and leadership exposure.
5+ years of experience in sales or marketing.
Industry Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of travel fulfillment requirements, including IATA regulations in the MENA region.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape with the ability to drive strategy across Pan-Africa.
Established relationships with potential fulfillment partners in the region (preferred).
Financial & Analytical Skills:
Proven experience in P&L accountability, financial reporting, and managing KPIs.
Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations effectively.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team in a collaborative manner, especially in a startup environment.
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Exceptionally self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
