Main Purpose of the Job
- Assist North Africa, Levant & Iraq performance management with deep business analyses to extract and suggest actions.
- Partner with LT to track Cash performance and gap closure vs. targets.
- Cross-functional partnering to understand business, analyze data, and suggest value creation actions.
- Analyze all performance metrics including superiority, market share, BMI, TTS investment, trends etc.
- Identify sensitive cells, areas of focus, and ideas for organizational focus to support the business.
- Partner with all geographies to drive and deliver key Cash performance metrics.
- Lead North Africa, Levant & Iraq Performance management Key Projects including Dashboards, Market share & Media Analyses, Max the Mix etc.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Analyze and track all key metrics of cash performance including working capital components (receivables, payables, inventory), capital expenditure & depreciation across geographies.
- Generate ideas with cross-functional connects and collaboration with country leadership teams, generate plans, and drive actions for improvement, Keeping LT updated about performance and highlighting need for intervention wherever required.
- Unlock value by opportunity identification and leading and delivering key PM projects including performance dashboards, business KPI analyses etc.
- Cross-functional connects across countries/categories to understand Cash forecast assumptions.
- Assess the risks and opportunities vs. forecast.
- Enable plan creation to improve the future outlook.
- Monthly Sign off & submission for cash forecast by country for North Africa, Levant & Iraq.
- Prepare analyses and decks for internal and external business performance communications, including monthly updates to LT, global team, other stakeholders.
- Prepare North Africa, Levant & Iraq monthly Cash communication with variance commentary vs. Forecast and Targets.
- Prepare important files including account receivables, overdue aging etc. on monthly basis and share the summaries / files with LT, Country Finance Heads, other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or any relevant major.
- Not less than 5 years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong Excel modelling skills and MS office proficiency.
- Strong attention to details and high level of accuracy.
- Strong engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and prioritization skills.
- Business analysis and Partnering experience.
- Experience of working with key information systems.
- Experience in driving performance improvement actions in any segment of the business.
- Experience in presenting to and communicating with senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
