- Operate cash registers and other payment processing equipment.
- Count and reconcile cash and credit card transactions at the end of each shift.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Provide excellent customer service to warehouse customers.
- Assist customers with returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Ensure that the warehouse is properly stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to prevent theft and fraudulent activity.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.
- Bachelors Degree of any discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in cash handling or customer service.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers and payment processing equipment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols.
