Goodman Masson are exclusively partnering with an international shipping company based in Muscat, Oman. They currently require a Business Support Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for:
- Chartering and call/put option deals support,
- Calculation and recalculation of rent payments, clients invoicing,
- Monitoring of all elements of rent payment, uploading information into accounting system.
- Chartering deals expertise, approval of documentation prepared in English law and materials to credit committees/Boards, CP/CS conditions control.
- Control and support of purchasing the vessels and preparation and signing of rent certificate.
- Scanning and storage of electronic version of documentation/preparation of the list of documentation and control of location in office all hard versions and electronic versions of documentation.
- Correspondence with clients, their requests satisfaction with the internal approvals receiving.
- Insurance control, control of registration of the vessels
You will have the following:
- Experience in international leasing or chartering prepared in English law and its support, experience in customs clearance.
- Preparation of documentation and its approval experience, knowledge of lease/rent payments basis, experience in calculation lease payments.
- Experienced user of Excel, experience in using ERP or financial systems
- English level not less than advanced English, Russian as a plus
