- Coordinate and administer various HR processes, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and provide assistance and guidance to employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational objectives.
- Manage employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, analyzing data and trends to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication.
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the banking or financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Jordan.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Flexibility to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) will be considered an asset.
