Responsibilities
- Creating concept design from scratch. (Themes, color schemes, materials, etc) as well as creating all documents needed for its representation and understanding from a 3rd party. (Sketches, Mood board, Materials samples boards, etc). Indesign/Photoshop.
- Issuing design development drawing and execution drawings. CAD.
- Communicating with clients and landlords. Getting their feedback and being able to interpret them into a design.
- Getting approvals from clients/malls/any other entity related.
- Site supervision of the project. (making sure that the design is being implemented correctly).
- Developing a Bill of quantities.
- Ensuring all stakeholders are continuously updated.
- Developing a procurement and work schedule for the projects.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator or Indesign.
