Job Summary
- Welcome and greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner & demonstrate excellent customer service at all time
- Interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
- Escalating the complaints to next level to ensure timely action and resolution
- Follow-up on issues till closure
- Communicate final resolution to the customers
- Utilizing the opportunity to pitch sales, by generating further needs, promoting offers, upselling and cross-selling of the products
- Uses knowledge of both the product and MGD to offer solutions so that customers leave the store with a positive experience
