CIPPO is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Junior HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting first calls with potential candidates primarily applying for our full-time positions. If you have strong skills in people communication, customer focus, finding winning opportunities, and problem-solving, along with a passion for driving organizational success, we would love to hear from you.
- Skimming and Screening: Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their suitability for the positions they have applied for.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain positive and professional relationships with all applicants and connections encountered during interview calls.
- Daily Reporting: Provide regular reports on the progress and success of your recruitment activities.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improvise and share brilliant ideas to enhance the recruitment process.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization to achieve hiring targets and ensure effective candidate selection.

- Bachelor's degree in any humanitarian or related field, with a preference for a psychology background.
- Experience or exposure to working with children, such as in educational or counseling settings, would be a significant advantage.
- Previous experience in mass hiring or high-volume recruitment would be highly beneficial in this role.
