We are seeking an organized and efficient Data Entry to join our remote team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with data, and is looking for an opportunity to grow in a dynamic, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data in our database systems
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and maintain records and files for easy retrieval
- Ensure confidentiality and security of data
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Assist in generating reports and data analysis as needed
- Communicate with team members for collaborative data projects
- Provide administrative support as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus
- Experience in data entry or similar office work is preferred but not essential
- Proficient typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
