Overview
- Develop, implement, and manage health and safety strategies to ensure a safe and healthy environment across Sindalah’s assets.
- Lead and develop the health and safety team, promoting a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations, ensuring that health and safety initiatives meet and exceed these expectations.
- Collaborate with the Technical Services Senior Manager and other relevant managers to align health and safety strategies with Sindalah’s operational goals and NEOM's vision.
- Employ cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of health and safety processes.
- Maintenance of a safe and healthy environment contributing to the well-being of guests, residents, and staff.
- Effective leadership and development of a high-performing health and safety team.
- Positive stakeholder engagement and feedback regarding health and safety standards.
- Successful integration of technology and best practices in health and safety processes.
- Proven experience in managing health and safety within a luxury or ultra-luxury environment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Experience in leveraging technology to enhance health and safety processes.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in health and safety management are preferred.
