Responsibilities

  •  Receiving customer calls according to our policy
  •  Commitment to the text agreed upon by the hospital administration during communication with clients.
  •  Receiving customer inquiries and reservations through communications (outpatient reservations)
  •  Follow-up of customers after completing the service in the hospital to measure the extent of customer satisfaction and conduct a customer opinion survey
  •  Ensuring that the service that the client needs are provided.
  •  Fast response to clients.
  •  Building a good relationship with customers through communication and understanding of customer needs.
  •  Participate in developing suggestions to increase hospital occupancy
  •  Implementation of the marketing and sales policy and all that is required of him in this field
  •  Assisting customers in solving their problems, in order to increase the percentage of occupancy and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  1.  Bachelor degree
  2.  Excellent Communication skills
  3.  Very Good in ms office
  4. -Max age 30
