The world needs more Intrepid people:

You will be the face of Intrepid and be the first person to greet travelers when they arrive in Morocco! You will meet travellers and transfer them to their respective hotels from the international airport. It will be critical that you provide incredible service to ensure they not only have an amazing first impression, but that their experience is smooth.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Marrakech, Morocco.

Whilst we are advertising this role now, shortlisting and interviews will take place in January.

Some of the essential experience you’ll have include:

  • A knowledge of the style of travel, operating systems, and trips of Intrepid or external brands
  • Ability to handle a multitude of tasks that may be on the go at the one time
  • Ensure the neat of appearance and grooming
  • Must be calm, patience, and greet with smile
  • A willingness to work flexible hours
  • A capacity to work in a team
  • An understanding of and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

You’ll have the willingness to work flexible hours and have outstanding communication skills. You’ll ensure every day you approach work by sharing in Intrepid’s core values of integrity, innovation, fun, passion, growth, and responsibility.
