Overview
The Sales administrator will provide clerical and organizational support to the sales team. The role streamlines the sales process through administering the customer lifecycle by registration, tracking orders, process paperwork, maintaining the customer database, ensuring products or services are delivered on-time, invoices are issued and collection happens properly. The role may also handle customer questions, requests, and complaints.
Responsibilities:
1-Health & Safety:
- Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that the highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained.
2-Functional:
- Compiling weekly and monthly sales reports, highlight deviations from target.
- Preparing weekly deliveries reports for the operations team.
- Maintaining the commercial activities database.
- Customer registration on the EPR system of the company.
- Customer contracts review with the legal department.
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information and communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Permits issuance and material treatment traceability certificate issuance.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support sales team in proposal preparation.
- Support the marketing department in event management.
- Support the business development department in data collection.
- Attend for the customer destruction on site when needed.
- Support in admin works related to the General Manager office.
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Business.
Technical Skills:
- Data analysis and management skills
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
- Excellent Computer Skills: MS Office/ SAP/ Salesforce
- Detailed knowledge of relevant products , services and standards
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Very Good Computer Skills: MS Office/ SAP
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience, Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role is a plus
