Overview:
We are looking for an experienced recruiting professional who plays a crucial role in finding top talents, responsible for determining staffing needs, developing hiring techniques. To thrive as a Talent Acquisition Manager, you should have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting.
Your ability to identify talented individuals with a growth mindset to support their career growth within our organization is paramount.
You will be working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment best practices that align with ROSHN's goals, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
- Candidate Evaluation: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for ROSHN. Provide constructive feedback to hiring managers.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance, and facilitate a seamless hiring process.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of recruitment, making sure ROSHN's workforce reflects a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives.
- Employer Branding: Continuously work to enhance ROSHN's employer brand, both online and offline and reflect how ROSHN is the right destination for the top talents.
- Offer Negotiation: Lead salary and benefits negotiation with candidates and ensure competitive and fair offers are made.
- Onboarding: ensure the onboarding process is a smooth transition for new hires, setting them up for success from day one.
- Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and generate reports on key performance indicators to measure recruitment effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment practices adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring for a variety of roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring.
