Role Purpose

To be a Marketing Projects specialist for the Marketing & sales team, assisting delivery of events, marketing and branding programmes, internal comms and external comms delivery. The role will focus mainly on delivery of events with the events team, however, the role purpose will also cover a blend of integrated marketing and comms outputs.

The role will also assist in Procurement and Workstream coordination to ensure fluid onboarding and delivery of projects, in line with protocols and process.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

Project Coordination

  • Work cross-functionally helping implement an events plan that is aligned with NEOM’s and THE LINE’s vison, brand marketing and sales objectives
  • Work with Senior Manager Events & PR to ensure the development of a fully comms-integrated Events marketing calendar and help align all internal stakeholders.
  • Help coordinate all agency reporting and output cadence (KPIs/Budget)
  • Work with team and Procurement to assist with the onboarding of scopes into procurement, as ell as the efficient coordination of workstream delivery with relevant owners.

Internal Stakeholder & Content Management

  • Align internal events via Senior Manager Marketing with Head of Department to ensure reporting to Excomm is aligned to KPIs and to ensure culture creation is sustained in a positive and successful manner
  • Working with Events coordinator and SM Manager Events on external events programme delivery and KPI enhancement
  • Working with SM Events & Comms manager on creating an internal comms programme including

Background, Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • 2-5 years in event management within a tourism, real estate, luxury context
  • Experience in brand building and creative campaign development and execution is preferred.
  • A proven track record in agency management and internal stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience of working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferable however not mandatory.
  • Line management of a team is mandatory and experience within an International corporate environment is desirable

Qualifications

  • Degree Educated
  • 2-5 years project management experience
