  • Understanding of Social Media Platforms: Basic familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and potentially TikTok or Pinterest.
  • Content Creation Skills: Ability to create engaging and platform-appropriate content.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with basic data interpretation to understand social media metrics.
  • Creativity: A knack for storytelling and presenting brands in a unique way.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in writing engaging social media posts.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Technical Familiarity: Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, HubSpot, Zoho social) and analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of Latest Trends: Awareness of current trends in social media and digital marketing.
