Duties And Responsibilities Develop sales presentations, including research and potential sales pitch across products and multiple product categories. Reporting the sales team’s performance, preparing presentations, and present it when required. Research competitors prices, products and marketing initiatives. Support Sales Executives Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency. Assist sales team in solving problems that the customers face answering their request to ensure customer satisfaction. Support Sales Executives and distribution partners in the sale of products, including training, sales meetings, technical expertise and marketing support. Propose ideas to help maximise sales and build upon existing strategies that have provided great results in the past. Maintain the inventory, keep an eye on the timely completion of all the required paperwork, and enhance the business’s operational smoothness. Work towards maintaining a positive relationship with all our esteemed customers. Assist new staff in handling customer problems and initiating them with Abbott’s work culture. Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities stay in line with legal and ethical standards Competencies Required An interest in working in sales and a familiarity with the current sales techniques. Good organisational skills. Excellent communication skills required to deal with internal and external customers. An awareness of everything commercial in the current day and age, business familiarity
