- Supervising box picking activities
- Handeling consumable collection, distribution for daily usage & update inventory reports
- Guiding the team with achieveing KPI & KRA goals
- Lead the team with safety and quality in operations
- Daily productivity & man hours record to be analyzed
- Ability to do Team planning and manpower alloaction.
- Ability to handle operationsla issues in proper manner
