1- Administrative Assistant (P&SC) Department: Shipyard Full Time Ras Laffan, Qatar Job Summary: Provides office and administrative support and services to Procurement and Supply Chain Department’s management system. Job Responsibilities: A- Assist P&SC Manager and all the buyers as and when required with respect to departmental requirements. B- Provide and maintain data entry, tracking, collecting, compiling and updating of files, reports and documents relevant to P&SC Department. C- Responsible for maintaining Integrated Management System (IMS) documents and forms. D- Responsible in re-allocating the PR’s to individual buyers in a daily basis. Job Requirements: A- A certificate in Business Administration or equivalent, and fluent in English. B- Enterprise Systems and MS office experience. C- Record Keeping and Document Control.
