Your Main Responsibilities

• Execute business plans to meet or exceed our financial objectives.
• Develop collaborative partnerships with our customers.
• Manage and improve our distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.
• Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts in a positive way.
• Bring to bear consumer insights and partner with customers to input into the development of a joint business plan.
• Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new department and category insights.
• You will also improve our selling advantage by driving different categories growth and contributing to their strategies.
• Delivers NOS, shipment and share goals by executing the JBP plans in store/customer level. Delivers superior Sales fundamentals to win with shoppers/buying influencers at the FMOT and Executes Perfectly at in-store/customer level.

Job Qualifications

• Recently graduated with Bachelor´s Degree Engineering or Business with maximum 2 years confirmed experience in sales roles.
• Minimum education of BA or BS with good academic results.
• Strong skills in leadership, and excellent in communication.
• Excellent command of the English & Arabic language.
