- Dealing with email enquiries
- Ensuring folders are backed up and organized

- Ensuring companys licenses are up to date
- Liaising with technical department for the delivery of movie related material
- Preparing reports

- Creating and updating databases with personel, finances and other information
- Assisting colleagues whenever necessary
- Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred
- At least 5 years experience in administrative services or related fields
- Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantageous
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, Microsoft Office, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, courteous manner.
