  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • Ensuring folders are backed up and organized
  • Keeping records of all contracts hard copies in an organized manner
  • Ensuring companys licenses are up to date
  • Liaising with technical department for the delivery of movie related material
  • Preparing reports
  • Organizing travel and accommodation for staff
  • Managing appointments for upper management
  • Helping with the coordination of company events
  • Possibly maintaining the companys social media accounts
  • Helping with contract amendments
  • Creating and updating databases with personel, finances and other information
  • Assisting colleagues whenever necessary


  • Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred
  • At least 5 years experience in administrative services or related fields
  • Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantageous
  • Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, Microsoft Office, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance, courteous manner.
