- Inventory Management:

- Inspect incoming materials for quality, quantity, and any damage or discrepancies.
- Identify and report any defective or expired items to appropriate personnel.
- Security and Safety:
- Implement security measures to safeguard the inventory against theft, damage, or unauthorized access. Maintain a clean and organized storage area to prevent accidents and promote workplace safety.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, transactions, and any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, receipts, and issuances.
- Provide regular inventory reports to management for decision-making purposes.
- Equipment and Tools:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment necessary for material handling.
- Perform routine maintenance on storage equipment to ensure their proper functioning.
- Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their inventory needs.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and quality issues.
