We are recruiting for a permanent position with our customer basedin Jordan


Job Description


We are seeking an Electrical Vehicle Workshop Manager for one of our prestigious customers launching Electrical Vehicle Services in Jordan (Amman).


The EV Workshop Manager will have responsibility for the complete workshop team; he will monitor and control the Workshop team and ensure smooth operation in the Workshop.


His Main Accountabilities Are


  • Ensures high efficiency and productivity.
  • Controls Workshop consumables i.e., oil, lubricants etc.
  • Ensures technical literature and special tools are updated.
  • Responsible for testing the quality of completed jobs.
  • Assists and guides on major and sophisticated repairs.
  • Ensures complete utilization of the available hours.


He will have to liaises with the Service Center Manager, Group Leaders, Lead Technicians and Technicians.


The salary proposed is between USD 2000 to 3000 per month depending on experience


Accomodation, Transportation will be given additional to salary


Incentives and Medical insurance are provided


Education


Profile / Requirements :


Technical College: Degree or Diploma


Experience


Minimum of 5 years experience in complete Workshop operations.


Experience with Electrical Vehicle maintenance
