Business Development Marketing Executive

The Team Cundall’s Business Development and Marketing team play a critical role across the global business. The team work across the 25 offices, 12 services and 11 sectors to ensure Cundall continue to be recognised as a world leading expert in innovative and sustainable design engineering. The Role In order to keep up with the demands of the organisation, we require a Business Development Executive with experience in marketing to play a key role in our Qatar office’s continued success, identifying and creating new business opportunities. The Business Development and Marketing Executive role will help to support the existing team in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns, events, PR, and business development strategies. This will require you to quickly establish a close understanding of the business priorities, local market, establish new contacts, available resources and current systems and processes in order to help secure new projects. You will be keen to assist in all aspects of a global marketing team and the business’s marketing and business development activities. The Skills Degree-qualified, exceptional networker with experience in a business development role in Qatar. Experience working for an international design consultant will be an added advantage. You have also proven yourself in professional services and/or a consultancy environment and gained experience of working with marketing databases. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join a diverse team, drive business origination and deliver results. You have demonstrated your ability to think and work strategically on your own or as part of a team to co-ordinate and supervise the activities of others to achieve objectives. Crucially, you have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a proven track-record of influencing senior stakeholders in an assertive but diplomatic manner. A post-graduate qualification in marketing and/or experience in the built environment sector would be advantageous. Arabic language will be highly desirable and previous experience of working in Qatar is essential.
