New Metrics is the leading Experience Management Consultancy and Exclusive/ Strategic partner with the Tier 1 global technology leaders in the Experience Management space. Responsibilities: Ø Work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, reporting directly to the Sales Director. Ø Generate pipeline thru outbound campaigns by calling, emailing & Social. Ø Process selective inbound Marketing Qualified leads to follow up on. Ø Act as the first contact for many prospects starting sales cycles. Ø Qualify prospects and produce quality leads & opportunities Ø Cold calling/ emailing prospects up to and including C-Level executives to qualify and produce quality leads Ø Work on various account lists to generate demand Ø Understand our value propositions and deliver initial sales pitch Minimum Qualifications: Ø The candidate must have a university degree/college diploma, ideally bachelor’s degree. Ø A minimum of 2-3 years of software sales or business development experience Ø Ability to work towards achieving and exceeding Call and Leads targets Ø Candidates must be results-driven with proven ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude. Ø Candidates must be able to effectively communicate in both English & Arabic. Ø High energy with hunter mentality and strong work ethic Ø Ability to work in a team environment.
