Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive employee experience, including engagement programs, recognition efforts, and well-being activities.
  • Regularly assess employee satisfaction and sentiment to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and conduct employee surveys to gather insights on satisfaction, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Analyze survey data to provide actionable recommendations for enhancing the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and reinforce the company's values, culture, and mission.
  • Drive initiatives that foster an inclusive and diverse workplace.
  • Enhance the onboarding process to create a welcoming and informative experience for new hires.
  • Ensure that new employees feel integrated and supported from day one.
  • Partner with HR and departments to identify learning needs and create development opportunities for employees at all levels.
  • Support the implementation of training programs, workshops, and mentorship initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution where needed.
  • Address interpersonal conflicts and work to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to gain insights into employee trends and behaviors.
  • Recommend data-driven strategies to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee experience, engagement, or related areas.
  • Demonstrate photography and videography basic skills
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
  • Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to understand and address employee needs.
  • Proficiency in survey tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement, best practices and trends.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Empathetic and approachable, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for driving positive change.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.
