- Recommend data-driven strategies to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create memorable experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee experience, engagement, or related areas.
- Demonstrate photography and videography basic skills
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to understand and address employee needs.
- Proficiency in survey tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employee engagement, best practices and trends.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Empathetic and approachable, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for driving positive change.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.
