HR Operations Intern

Reference No: WD-0010085 What's the role? We're looking for someone who wants to kickstart their career with an exciting Human Resources internship. Working as part of our HR Operations team, this placement is guaranteed for 6 months, with the potential of turning into a full-time role. Who is Hilti? What does the role involve? Your key responsibility will be to support the HR Operations and Reward Centre of Excellence team in all HR operations activities within our shared services function. In this role, you will support in the administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding processes, which includes partnering with the HR team to schedule new hire check-ins and exit interviews, as well as supporting the visa application/cancellation process for our employees. In addition, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining personnel records within our HR Information System, Workday, and supporting the Reward Centre of Excellence team with assigned projects. What You Need Is A Bachelor’s Degree A valid Emirates residency, under family or school sponsorship Solid experience in Microsoft Excel Effective communication skills, with a strong proficiency in English & Arabic - written and verbal; Attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Good organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
