To develop, implement and manage the on-line distribution channel / sales of B2C products through Marhaba website(s), ensuring that the set revenue targets are optimally met. To contribute towards development, implementation and maintenance of business processes related to dnata Commercial and e- commerce. Job Outline : Plan - Recommends improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls. - Gathers and analyses business and technology requirements to create development specifications for the roll-out of online booking via www.marhabaservices.com, local/regional websites. - Manages management reporting on Internet sales to include assistance in gathering information from all Commercial departments about e-commerce development needs, requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls and outputs. - Support the online Product Management portfolio through identifying relevant products and suppliers for the website within the business (Meet & Greet, Transfers, Lounges, Global, Chauffeur, etc.) that meet customer demand. Ensure all fulfilment and payment processes are implemented, supported, and managed in liaison with CPG, NMOS and Finance. - Provides the required information to department managers for the budget preparation and monitors the financial performance of the concerned area against budgets. Lead - Monitors the financial performance of online sales against budgets. - Ensure that the set targets including sales, customer satisfaction and other key business objectives are optimally met through Product Management, Content Management, Revenue Management, Web Analytics, SEO, Online Marketing, and other related online activities that support the product strategy. - Ensure with the Corporate Communications team that all communication activities are appropriate with the Marhaba brand strategy, brand values, positioning and propositions that will grow brand equity. Review concepts from -product controller through research of the market landscape propose and initiate requirements into tangible products for successful implementation. - Manage and implement the market specific strategies based on the short and long-term plan of the department to increase online bookings, conversions, and sales. - Implements, monitors, and measures the brand-related Service Level Agreements with stakeholders to maintain the Marhaba brand. Execute - Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices. - Work with related departments including Corporate Communications to continuously improve e-commerce distribution mechanics. - Research developments on competitor sites, identify valuable features and analyses new possibilities to enhance the booking engine to match market needs. Carry out periodic pricing comparisons between benchmarked world-wide websites and Marhaba services websites to highlight areas where Marhaba Services does not have competitive fares. Use data to tell a story and produce visual presentations to relay insights from the data. - Implement and maintain the digital marketing strategy along with Product Development section of business unit including procedures and best practice for Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click, Campaign Management, Media model i.e., advertising, and monetizing traffic, web analytics etc. - Manage continuous website audits to encourage continued improvement of the website and random audits on the day-to-day functions within the units to ensure that the delivery and brand standards are maintained. - Monitor, analyse and make recommendations on key components and activity on the site including landing pages, abandonment rate, and traffic trends based on on-site trends, market and competitor analyses. Make recommendations on all pricing and product activities based on this.
