We are looking for a Runner to join our F&B Team. If you are passionate about hospitality and have experience in a busy hotel environment, then we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a Runner to work within The Ned Doha. If you have experience as a Runner in a busy restaurant or hotel luxury environment, and you are enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about fresh food and good service; then we want to hear from you!

A Runner working with us entails the following:

• To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that standards of personal hygiene and appearance are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests.
• To assist the Waiter/Waitress in maintaining the station fully stocked, clean and tidy.
• To serve food and beverage according to restaurant standards and guest needs.
• To clear and reset tables.
• Excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items served in the Restaurant.
• To ensure service and Back of House areas are kept clean at all times and work will be conducted according to our Health and Safety standards.
• To handle guest comments and complaints in the appropriate manner and communicate to Restaurant Management.
  
  

Periodic Duties:

• To polish the silverware on a regular basis to ensure appropriate maintenance.
• To attend trainings.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel experience in a similar role
• Passionate, motivated with exceptional customer care skills
• Able to respond effectively to customer complaints ensuring the necessary information is given to the right people
• Well organised, adaptable and flexible to work varied hours
• Good level of written and spoken English
