Job Title: Copywriter, PPAG/Promotique Who We Are Vistaprint’s Customer Experience and Marketing organization serves, inspires and delights customers – and helps others in our organization do the same. From the simplest interaction on our website to how people take in our advertising and communications, we are obsessed with delivering value. We’re seeking a talented, enthusiastic and collaborative writer to join our PPAG (Promotional Products, Apparel and Gifts) team. You’ll partner with product managers, product specialists and other writers to create website product copy about our promotional products, branded apparel and customizable clothing. What You Will Do Write and edit web copy for a large assortment of products – in line with our brand strategy. Work closely with marketers and product integration specialists. Incorporate creative direction and feedback into your work and co-create engaging, effective solutions. Build connections and align on best practices as part of a global, cross-functional organization. Make customer obsession and the pursuit of creative excellence the cornerstones of all you do. Your Qualifications 2+ years of copywriting experience, whether you’ve worked in in-house agencies, external agencies or freelance. Experience in (or familiarity with) e-commerce product writing. Native-like level of English, both written and verbal. Thorough proofreading/copyediting and organization skills. An understanding of user behavior and motivation at different stages in the customer journey. Strong collaboration skills – and the mindset that each product is a chance to collectively learn, grow and add something to the team.
