We are looking for an experienced and passionate Call Center Agent (Rooms & F&B) to deliver exceptional guest experience. You will have exceptional people skills, be comfortable with standard PC systems and have a passion for helping people You are great at multi-tasking and thinking outside the box. If you are passionate about hospitality and have experience as a Call Center Agent in a high-volume hotel environment, then we want to hear from you!

A Call Center Agent working with us entails the following:
  • To answer questions, handle complaints, and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner and direct caller to appropriate department - if any
  • To ensure efficient communication within to and from the hotel while maintaining attentive courteous and efficient customer service
  • To deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • To respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • To obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • To process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • To direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated department
  • To manage guest’s accounts
  • To maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • To record details of enquiries, comments, and complaints
  • To record details of actions taken
  • To ensure customer databases are up to date

Qualifications:
  • Previous hotel experience in a similar role
  • Passionate, motivated with exceptional customer care skills
  • Able to respond effectively to customer complaints ensuring the necessary information is given to the right people
  • Well organised, adaptable and flexible to work varied hours
  • Previous experience within a fast paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Opera and OpenTable systems preferred
  • Good level of written and spoken English
