JOB DESCRIPTION The Junior HR Officer will be looking after the Employees - and support staff - of the Tunis Office. You will be providing administrative support for the HR & Office Manager, Senior and Middle Management in the Daily management of HR processes. ROLE PURPOSE Being part of a small HR team, the Junior HR Officer contributes to implementing and optimizing our HR services and processes for the organization. Your position could progressively evolve along with Company constant growth to cover other HR functions aspects. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES Human Resources administration Act as initial point of contact for line managers and employees in Human Resources administrative and social insurances matters Maintain employee master data, ensuring perfect quality of the information Manage the personnel administration from entry to exit Prepare employment contracts, work certificates, agreements, templates and general correspondence as well as PowerPoint presentations Recruiting Support the recruiting process (confirmation letters, rejections, organize interviews) Registrate of new employees with social insurance authorities Be HR key contact for all onboarding activities under the supervision of HR Manager Time and absence management Be the direct contact for concerns / questions regarding time and absence management Manage the time and absence process, including the support of time recording / absences entries if needed Monitor illness / accident cases and liaise with respective institutions Other Contribute to the preparations of the payroll Assist in development of HR processes and support various projects REQUIREMENTS: HR diploma or equivalent work experience Good command of Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google suite Knowledge of social insurances and labor law Strong time management and task prioritization Good team-player Service-oriented, flexible and discreet Ability to take on responsibility and work independently Excellent written and spoken English, French and Arabic skills BENEFITS: Competitive salary Working in small, diverse teams where you can make an impact.
