- Accountable & responsible for the successful scoping of the business requirements / artifacts
- Works in close collaboration with the business segments, digital and CE teams to create business propositions such as products and services and Customer Experience journeys.
- Clearly communicates the business benefits and negotiates propositions and value when necessary.
- Ensures that appropriate analysis of the requirements is carried out, that the requirements are well-shaped and written in such a manner that they cover all the business requirements.
- Proposes potential adoption of new thinking and technologies to address business needs across the organization.
- Works with stakeholders to articulate and affirm the implications of organizational business strategies on the architecture Effectively apply bid management methodology and enforce high standards.
- Minimize exposure and risk on bids and ensure appropriate escalation to the senior management. Where outsourced models will back all associated risks to the subcontractor
- Measure performance of bids and produce required dashboards, report success of submissions, develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business & Management/Finance/Marketing
Experience:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management (dealing with various teams)
Skills
- Customer Orientation – Have the ability to take a customer centric view while evaluating solution options and not get bogged down by technical, process or structural constraints.
- Solution Orientation – Any transformation path would have challenges along the way, demonstrate pragmatism & situational awareness to keep moving the program forward.
- High tolerance for ambiguity – Have the ability to operate with flexibility in an uncertain environment, with multiple demands and be able to assess and evaluate the range of options that should be considered.
- Be the change / challenge status quo – Have the courage and resourcefulness to spark change.
- Networking and collaboration across the organization and the partner ecosystem – Be open to recognize places where help is needed through the course of the transformation journey and establish open channels of communication either through formal governance or by
