Job offer for a Marketing Executive / Mentor job from the Abroad Universe: The offer below is submitted to the successful candidate for the position of Executive Management and Marketing in Damascus, Syria Job title: Attracting new students through educational guidance, answering inquiries, following up with potential students, and ensuring their eligibility to submit the file through the company, targeting one student per month during the first year of work as a minimum. Hitting the target of one student per month, to formally submit the file with (Abroad Universe). Follow, read, understand and use the information in the Agent Handbook and Visa Handbook. Fill out the application using the information provided in the agent guide and visa guide and on the advice of the Beirut team. Advise on required documents, English language level and contact universities with a focus on submitting more than one offer or letter of offer so that the applicant can have more than one option by filling in the required applications and following up on each student’s status. Help build the company's image by collaborating with students, schools, educational community organizations, government agencies, and universities to promote ethical business practices. Assist in establishing, monitoring and supervising the process of students’ financial accounts with the organization (registration, payment of fees, and follow up on any late payments.) Maintain an updated database of all students. Assist in coordinating with the Marketing team on related issues, communications, events and participation in meetings, presentations and exhibitions to promote the services of the (Abroad Universe). - Communicate with potential and registered students. Follow up on any issues students face, report issues when needed, and recommend viable solutions. Visiting schools, virtually or virtually, to present a presentation on the company's various services. - Knowing the partner institutions of (Abroad Universe) with local partners in Beirut. - Follow-up and assistance in collecting commissions + fees from students. Maintain an updated database of all eligible students and experts. Office and administrative work to make sure everything runs smoothly. Monthly basic salary of 200,000 Syrian pounds + incentive for each student as follows: -30000 Syrian pounds as soon as the transferred student submits the file and pays the first installment. - Hitting the goal of submitting a file for at least one student per month. The Broad Universe promises the employee an additional incentive on an annual basis based on the employee's overall performance and sales generated. Note: The first 3 months is a probationary period to evaluate an employee's performance before he or she formally joins the team. During this stage, there is absolutely no obligation between the future employee (the Abroad Universe) mandatory for the employment contract.
